Children in this class begin to fine tune their Ballet technique. They learn the correct French terminology and follow the ISTD syllabi. We still follow our school ethos that learning should be fun and have an engaging, encouraging and enthusiastic approach to teaching to motivate the children to reach their potential.
Tap is often a favourite style of dance for many of our children attending multiple classes. Children in this class begin to fine tune their Tap technique. They learn a lot of new Tap steps and vocabulary requiring more skill and precision. This class is for children who wish to learn tumbling skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands and bridges. There is a strong focus on building strength, flexibility and balance.
Our beginners Acrobatic Dance class is the perfect class for children wanting to learn how to safely do tumbling skills such as Cartwheels, handstands, somersaults and bridges. Children follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabi and have a progress card with all their skills on to track their progress. This is a fantastic class to build strength, improve stamina, increase flexibility and master their balance.
Our highly fun, non syllabus Jazz class is a very popular choice for children wanting to learn cool moves and routines with their friends with no pressure. This class gives children the freedom to find and express their own style. They will build confidence and make new friends in a fun, pressure free environment. Enjoying up to date popular music, they will be showing you all their best moves!
Our musical Theatre class is a fun and animated class where children learn songs from some of the best Musicals. Each week children work on expressing their storytelling skills through singing, dancing and acting. The children work together for the majority of the time, but for those extra confident children, there are also opportunities for solos. This class is a fantastic way for children to express their creative side in a safe and encouraging environment. You will see their confidence grow week on week!
