45 minutes of dancing to chart music from the 80s through to today’s top chart hits in an uplifting environment.

No previous dance experience is required, follow along to our simple dance moves and get your body moving. 

Our class will leave you feeling happy, confident & energised.

Absolutely not, everyone is welcome at FunkyFit!

What do I wear?

Active clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in with supportive trainers.

What do I need to bring?

A towel or mat may be suitable for our end of class & cool down and plenty of water!!

Where do classes take place?

Our dance classes are held at Thorrington Village Hall, Salmons Lane, Thorrington, CO7 8HE. You can reach our adult dance fitness classes easily from Alresford, Brightlingsea, Clacton-on-Sea and Colchester.

How much are the classes?

Our classes are £5 pay as you go.

Classes are on a Monday evening 19:30 - 20:15.
